The original hackathon build used an LLM to turn a business description into procurement queries. For this hosted demo, we deliberately switched to cached NYC City Record data and deterministic keyword scoring instead of live LLM calls. That keeps the demo free to run and every match inspectable.

In this version, matching words in a title carry the most weight, followed by category and description. We show partial matches at 15 points and strong matches at 35 points.
